Men Lie, Women Lie, Numbers Don't
Being a student-athlete is a tough task, but AJ Howard is up for the challenge. In the classroom, weight room, on the track or baseball diamond, AJ Howard locks in to ensure the best results. When he has a goal in mind, his level of commitment is unmatched. After starting to train Spring 2021, he's already gained 20+ pounds of muscle.
In addition, he's only gotten faster as his track times have rapidly decreased. His consistent work with his trainers have provided blazing speed and Defenses should be worried. Below is a quick glimpse of AJ Howard's numbers so far.
